It is clear now, what we know, how we think, are the criteria for understanding and experiencing the earthly and heavenly metaphysical, for they are inextricably entangled in the Kingdom that is in heaven and we are to pray to come to earth.
I cannot see any true morality that operates outside this paradigm. Does a “good and evil” paradigm exist? Yes, it exists and is alive and not well, as it is one of the sicknesses of our sin.
Sin/ Axiom: We cannot enter the epistemological and metaphysical reality of the Kingdom without 1st acknowledging we are not in it.
Good News: “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” Now “sins” is plural, and is accurate, for we have many, but in this bundle of sins entangled in our lives is a realization and understanding of the sin or sins that stand in our way to prevent us from entering God’s Kingdom. There is a reason why so many poor have “religion”, true religion. It is because (and this is only one reason, but a big one), they have so little in the physical that nurtures the rest of their being, the soul and spirit, that the inner awareness of the lack draws them to the need to be born again, to drink from the living waters, to eat the bread of the Father’s will, even if it is only to acknowledge Him and give Him praise and help others in their poverty as much as they can, even if it is only a little that they can give, even a glass of water – which many of them do not even have that to give. Jesus taught these realities that His Father showed to Him and the Spirit recorded them in the words of the disciples that followed Him, and none of the circumstances have changed in the 2000 years since. They are timeless realities that will remain until all is complete.
If this perspective, if this knowledge leaves you at an impasse, God knows. Tell Them. Is there a Presence with you right at this moment that is loving you even if at the same time He is saying “You must change.” Is there a knowledge from the scriptures that you heard or read about Jesus, one of His teachings about compassion for others or following Him or mercy that at this moment you are aware of? Don’t shut it down but pursue as a pearl of great price that a man or woman sells everything they have to acquire. Is there a profound awareness right now that you want a Father, yours was not; that what you were begotten of was not the reality you were made for, and the ache and void has always been there and never been fulfilled and you are asking is it possible, just possible that He is in heaven beckoning to you saying “Come, come to Me , come to my Kingdom, come to my Will for you, come find why you were made and what it means to be My Child.”
