The bridges we understand, the arch not so much, except in our spirit. Saying things such as “spirit” moves us into the unseen realm, until we stand in the presence of that arch. The sense, the sensation of that arch gives us Wonder; would we build it if we could? Most certainly, but we cannot – so we build bridges. The principles, or the ideas of our bridges are contained in the structure of that arch. The idea started when someone saw two points that they to connect, and considered the possibility of building their own arch. Initially an unseen reality, the reality of the idea became substance.
Faith is a cognitive process, an awareness of the reality of what is unseen.
